Made from a blend of three pisco grapes, this pisco presents bold flavours of apricot and plum blossom with a gorgeous, silky texture making this pisco immediately enjoyable and hugely versatile. Capitán

2 ounces of Pisco Acholado

1 ounce of Vermouth Rosso

8 drops of Angostura Bitters

1 black olive

1 piece of orange skin

8 ice cubes

Put the ingredients inside a mixing glass, then stir the mixture using a spoon for 8 seconds and end by filtrating the ice with the help of a hawthorne strainer and put it into a cold Martini cup or an Old fashioned glass with 4 large ice cubes. Decorate with the black olive and orange skin.
