This wine displays aromatic notes of white peach, jasmine and almond blossoms complemented by fresh and crisp flavors, with a touch of natural sweetness. The subtle fruit character and acidity of Pinot Gris make it an excellent apéritif, or as an accompaniment to a variety of dishes. Try pairing it with pan-seared scallops, shrimp cocktail or lemon garlic chicken.
