Who can order?
We are determined to take our social responsibility seriously and therefore only persons over the age of 21 and those legally permitted will be authorised to place orders and receive deliveries. Deliveries will be made to the specified address and handed over to persons who appear to meet this requirement. Proof of age and identity may be requested, failing which, the order will not be transferred.
How much does it cost?
The Home Delivery option is FREE for orders with a minimum value of BD 25
How do I make payment?
We offer several convenient ways for payment online by credit or debit card. We accept VISA, VISA Debit, MasterCard, AMEX, Diner's Club, JCB, Cirrus, Maestro and Benefit. You can also pay on delivery by Cash or Credit card. Our latest feature allows you to save your credit card details securely for faster checkout. Please note some cards issued by Islamic banks may not work on alcohol payment gateways.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver to private residences in the Kingdom of Bahrain only. Therefore, your complete home address is mandatory at the time of placing the order, including Building, Road and Block numbers. We reserve the right to decline deliveries at our sole discretion.
When do we deliver?
Our Home Delivery operates between 12pm to 9pm (Sat-Tue), 12pm to 10pm (Wed & Thu) and 2pm to 10pm (Fri)
For same day delivery, orders must be placed by 5pm (Sat-Tue) and by 8pm (Wed-Fri).
You will be required to specify the time of delivery to ensure the recipient is available at the determined time. We try our best to meet your specified delivery time, however due to circumstances beyond our control, this may not always be possible. In such cases, you will be informed of any changes or delays.
If a recipient is not available at the agreed time and place, the customer may request the order to be re-sent. An additional charge of BD5.000 will then be borne by the customer.
Deliveries are NOT available on some public religious holidays nor during the Holy month of Ramadan.
Once you place the order, you will receive an email order confirmation. We may then contact you by phone to confirm or amend the order, time and place of delivery. We are not responsible for the late or non-delivery of items due to inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer. We are also not liable for the non-availability of any item listed in the website. In case of non-availability, alternative products of equal or higher value may be suggested to the customer, who reserves the right to accept a substitute product or request a refund.
Returns / Refunds
No refunds are given, except in the case of non availability of ordered items. You may, however, return unopened items delivered in the same condition and sold through the website within 7 days of delivery by calling us on 3997 0502 for further details. You must provide the invoice (or proof of purchase) along with the returned products, which can then be exchanged with any item in the store up to the value of the returned product. No refunds or exchanges are possible on items purchased while on offer.
I have a CLUB A&E card. Can I get the same benefits that I receive in the shops?
Yes! You will get the same discounts, 5% off beer and cider and 20% off wine and spirits (except items on offer or net priced).
