50ml aromatic gin

4tbsp marmalade

4tbsp boiling water

Sprig of rosemary

Thatchers Blood Orange to top

Ice

In a saucepan, whisk the marmalade, rosemary and boiling water. Gently warm over a low heat and melt into a syrup. Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Add the syrup and gin, then shake. Strain into an iced glass and top with Thatchers Blood Orange. Add a blood orange wheel and a sprig of rosemary to garnish.
