Deep crimson with dark red hues. Displays aromas of blackberry fruit with lifted pepper and notes of mocha from the oak. A full bodied wine, displaying rich fruit flavours of Intense fresh plum which is balanced by cedar spices from the oak and supported by plush, round tannins.

Enjoy with hearty beef dishes, such as Wagyu beef, oxtail or beef cheeks.
