A spicy amber spirit with bold flavour and a well-rounded finish

Using 100% Weber blue agave, picked at their peak — anywhere from 8-12 years old — Añejo is aged in French Oak barrels for a minimum of 14 months. Its finish is described as spicy and well rounded with flavours of toasted oak, vanilla and butterscotch and a peppery spice finish. Deep and luxurious, this tequila is ideal for sipping. Of course 1800® Tequila is always great enjoyed straight or on the rocks too.

CYCLONE TWENTY-NINE

2 oz. 1800 Añejo®

¾ oz. apple cider

Dash of orange bitters

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake hard for 10 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with smoked star anise.

1800 HOT CHOCOLATE

1.5oz 1800® Añejo

3.5oz *Mexican hot chocolate

Combine tequila & hot chocolate in a mug. Mix to incorporate. Top with whipped cream. Garnish with: Whipped cream dusted w/ grated chocolate, 1 chili de arbol 

*Make Mexican hot chocolate: 1.5 cups milk, 1/4 cup dark cocoa powder, 2 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp chili de arbol
