This wine is gradually improving as the vineyards we have planted with the best burgundian clones since the early 90's start to reach their full potential. 

TASTING NOTES

The bouquet is expressive and complex, revealing aromas of red berries such as cherry and raspberry, accompanied by notes of undergrowth and delicate spicy and floral touches. The attack is silky and elegant, with a nice tannic structure. The red berry flavors are accompanied by nuances of licorice and leather. The freshness is well present, providing a harmonious balance and a long, savory finish, marked by a slight woody touch. This Pinot Noir pairs perfectly with grilled red meat dishes, roasted poultry, saucy dishes, or aged cheeses.
