The Eye: A shimmering, pastel-toned, salmon-pink with luminous orange highlights

The Nose: Aromas of strawberry and peony with the tartness of kumquat and white currant

The Palate: Notes of pink grapefruit and mandarin combined with the generosity of brioche

Grape: 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir

Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque Rosé needs to be enjoyed in a leisurely manner. Savour it with a meal, in a warm, convivial ambiance that reflects its character. Ideal pairings include salmon or tuna cooked on one side only, salmon with cranberry sauce, pigeon or thinly sliced duck breast or red berry pavlova. The sweetness of panna cotta lifted by the acidity of a blood orange and pink grapefruit echo the multi-sensorial experience evoked by this cuvée.
