A fruity, fresh, delicate and smooth sparkling wine.

Roche Mazet Chardonnay Brut has a luminous pale yellow robe with green tints in which fine glistening bubbles appear. On the nose, it displays delicate citrus and orchard fruit aromas. It is fresh and mineral on the palate recalling hints of toasted hazelnuts and quince, enhanced by the sparkle of bubbles.

Food pairing: Great as an aperitif or with tapas or to accompany a whole meal. It is as good with seafood, foie gras and pan-fried scallops, canapes with cream cheese, fine herbs and prawns, as it is with desserts such as sweet crepes or an apple tart. 

Sparkling wines are traditionally the hallmark of special feasts and banquet, but the Roche Mazet bubbles makes them welcome for aperitifs right through to dessert.
