NC500 botanicals combine to create a fruitier gin with a delicate earthiness.

Celebrating our unique location, we use apple juice from the Black Isle and berries from the West Coast to create a slightly sweet, fruity note, while herbs from Caithness add a delicate earthiness to the gin. We are delighted to partner with NC500 to create a gin fitting of this iconic route around the North Highlands, one of the best coastal trips in the world. The North Coast 500 Official Gin uses ingredients from around the route to create a lovely fruity gin.  

Tasting Notes: Initially the earthy warm Italian juniper will give way soft summer fruits. This sweetness has been balanced with earthy notes from dandelion and rosemary. A final sweet, citrus kick comes from the sweet orange peel.

Signature Serve: 25 ml of Rock Rose Gin, 50 ml of a premium tonic. Garnish with freshly sliced strawberry or apple.
