TASTING NOTES: Thatchers Rosé is a sweet sparkling cider. We blend dessert apples like tangy Cripps Pink (known as the Queen of Apples), with the honey-notes of Fuji and the floral aroma of Gala. All perfectly crafted with a distinctive rosy colour. It’s a drink that loves company – and best when it’s chilled. Like all of us!

GOES WELL WITH: Try it with fresh Ruby Chard and Ricotta parcels. Equally good with a Thai red chicken curry, or even a watermelon and halloumi salad. Delicious!

Cranberry juice

Mixture of fruit (blackberries, raspberries, strawberries and slices of red apple)

Fill the glass with a mixture of 2 parts Thatchers Rosé cider to one part Prosecco. Add a splash of cranberry juice and a handful of ripe and juicy blackberries, raspberries and strawberries. Slice and add red apples to finish.
