Grown on the hills and plain of Romagna, this cheeky juicy Italian red is not only Organic, but Vegan as well! From the wine coop, Caviro, it is a modern style of Sangiovese, full of bright fruit and the tannin structure to go with food.

Tasting Notes: Ruby red in colour, with purple hues. On the nose, very typical fruitiness, given by aromas of ripe cherry and blackberry with just a hint of tobacco. Perfect balance between body and freshness. Fine, but playful on the palate and persistent. 

Food pairing: Mixed italian cheese platter, “piadina” flatbread and Parma ham. Perfect for your Summer BBQs or pizza night!
