Nose: A first complex nose with clearly exotic influences, lychee and passion fruit can be pleasantly guessed. After aeration, citrus fruits refresh the nose through scents of freshly squeezed lime zest.

Palate: The palate reveals itself in greediness, in suppleness and in suavity. It is adorned with warm notes of candied ginger. After a few seconds, the perfect tonicity of the chili pepper is pleased to sharpen the taste buds of the most reckless amateurs.
