This liqueur’s composition includes that of crushed cherries, giving it that über fresh taste! Butlers Cherry Kirsh is often used when mixing up a Cherry Martini cocktail.

Cherry Mojito
 

8 or 12 mint leaves
1 tsp. castor sugar
Half chopped lime
1 shot light rum
1 shot Butlers Cherry liqueur
Splash of soda

Muddle mint in base of glass with 1 tsp castor sugar, then chop half a lime into four sections and muddle over mint. Fill glass half with crushed ice and add 1 shot rum and one shot Butlers Cherry liqueur. Stir until mixed well, fill with more crushed ice and top with splash of soda.
