With a rich and experienced history behind them Marie Brizard produce some of the very best fruit liqueurs available. Their Blue Curaçao is a infusion of many secret ingredients including bitter orange peel and is the perfect ingredient in the famous Blue Lagoon cocktail. 

A subtle mixture of Haitian bitter oranges and sweet orange zest from Southern Spain, with the addition of aromatic plants to make the characteristic taste of Marie Brizard Blue Curaçao. Carefully distilled, these ingredients are simply mixed with a food colouring to give it a deep blue colour in cocktails.

Appearance: Deep blue.
Nose: Characteristic of bitter orange.
Mouth: Not very sweet, characteristic of bitter orange, with a few flowery notes.

HOW TO DRINK IT
Neat on the rocks or in cocktails. 

BLUE LAGOON

2cl Marie Brizard Blue Curaçao
5cl Vodka
2cl Lemon juice

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker. Shake and serve in a martini type glass.
