A complex blend of whiskeys, with some noteworthy component parts: A unique small batch grain whiskey, distilled only one week a year. Blended with a higher proportion of Irish Pot Still whiskey, adding a robust creamy finish. Matured in a combination of American Oak, Spanish Sherry Cask and Double Charred Bourbon barrels.

NOSE - Butterscotch and creamy, toffee fudge aroma. 

TASTE - Nutty notes with spice and vanilla sweetness.

FINISH - Rich and intense toasted wood and vanilla.

Jameson Black Barrel Old fashioned

60ml Jameson Black Barrel

5ml 2:1 Sugar Syrup

2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

3 Dashes Orange Bitters

Add whiskey, sugar syrup and bitters to a glass or jug filled with ice. Stir until cold. Pour into chilled rocks glass. Garnish with orange zest and tip in the slice.
