Aromas of ripe raspberry, thimbleberry and liquorice join spicy notes of white pepper and cinnamon. Delicate tannins provide an elegant and long finish. Makes an excellent accompaniment to BBQ Pork, Tomato-based casseroles, Grilled Bratwurst with mustard.
