The Tawny Port is Graham's excellent signature blend matured for 7-9 years in seasoned oak casks. It is a more lightly textured and drier wine than the Ruby. It offers a fine balance of fruitiness and nuttiness, derived from ageing in oak. A very versatile style of Port, suitable for drinking on any occasion and can benefit from being served chilled. It has a deep golden-amber colour and a complex nose full of orange peel, cinnamon, prunes, raisins and figs followed by a full body with generous flavour and a long, clean finish. A refreshingly drier style, with plenty of toffee and more-ish salted caramel, lined with mocha/espresso. The mouth feel is spirity but really good and vibrant.
