The estate's main cuvée is made from the blending of all the plots of the locality. The Sauvignon, which is very sensitive to variations in the terroir, expresses a sustained mineral tension and a beautiful freshness marked by notes of citrus and white flowers. The terroir reveals itself over the course of the ageing process and brings a more complex balance, offering interesting ageing possibilities.
