Fragrant, fruity, mineral and charming with aromas scents of fresh pear d’ Angou and apple, there’s a fine citrus grapefruit layer, a gentle mineral core suggesting white clay and limestone. Youthful, fresh and vibrant. Flavours mirror the bouquet with plenty of contrasting acidity highlighting the mineral aspect and bringing into focus the fruit flavours which now includes a touch of quince.
