Ruby red in colour with purple highlights. The nose is intense with aromas of fresh and preserved fruits (raspberry, cherry) with soft spicy notes and a hint of mocha. This Châteauneuf-du-Pape wine is a well-balanced wine offering both sweetness and freshness. The palate holds the flavours of the nose with fresh marmalade and delicate pepper finishing on a hint of licorice. The tannins are intense and fine. Long length on the finish. It is going to evolve nicely. Serve at temperature 18° C
