At once mineral and lively, this full-bodied and fruity Chablis brings out grapefruit and pine tree overtones. The vines of Chablis sit on Kimmeridgian soil and have the best exposures for a fresh ad mineral wine. The terroir of Chablis has a good balance of acidity and fineness.

This wine can be kept between 1 and 3 years. Nevertheless, you can keep it over 10 years. It will acquired more complexity.
