A particularly bold variation of Jawbox Gin, bottled at 47% ABV. Featuring 11 botanicals in its recipe, including the likes of Black Mountain heather, this gin stands up wonderfully to all sorts of mixers - it even does particularly well with ginger ale. The Jawbox Distillery is located just outside Belfast - a 120-hectare estate dating back to the 16th century. Here is the distillery, as well as the fields where the grain for the Jawbox products is grown and harvested. 

Colour: Clear. 

Nose: Rich, peppery juniper, notes of pine, coriander, citrus, pine. 

Taste: Complex, citrus, juniper, pepper, angelica root, orange spice, vanilla. 

Finish: Long lasting, citrus, juniper, pine.

What's a JAWBOX anyway? JAWBOX is local Belfast slang for a familiar household item – the classic deep, square kitchen sink. The Belfast Sink. A lot of talk, gossip, chat and craic went on around the JAWBOX. That made it the perfect fit for our gin.

JAWBOX & Ginger

The original Gin and Ginger. Yes, Belfast is the home of Ginger Ale, it just so happens it tastes great with our fine gin.

Pour 35ml of JAWBOX into an ice filled glass. Top up with 100ml of refreshing ginger ale, squeeze and drop in a wedge of lime. Enjoy the original Belfast serve.

JAWBOX & Honeycomb

Here is where we mix it up, we add Honeycomb to JAWBOX and Ginger Ale, that’s something you don’t see every day!

Pour 35ml of JAWBOX into a large ice filled gin goblet. Top up with some refreshing ginger ale. Finish with some shards of honeycomb.
