A fabulous, deliciously aromatic Spanish Gin inspired by Mediterranean flavours, Gin Mare is made with botanicals including arbequina olive, rosemary, thyme, basil and mandarin! The result is a fabulous spirit which has been much praised by critics. With a thread of authenticity and originality, too.

The distillers have joined other Mediterranean gins around Europe in Spain, Italy and France using botanicals to unite cultures across the sea. Gin Mare is very aromatic, with an abundance of juniper and fresh coriander, savoury and faintly bitter with fragrant herbal notes.

Gin Mare is exceptionally versatile, it makes a great G&T, garnished with a rosemary sprig, as well as being the perfect base for many classic Gin cocktails.

FIVE A DAY
This cocktail brings with it Mediterranean elegance and delicacy. The perfect summer’s evening aperitif, light, easy drinking and thirstquenching.

60ml Gin Mare
30ml celery juice
30 ml lemon juice
2 small tsp of white sugar
A pinch of Kosher salt
2 small sprigs of rosemary
Top with (Brut) Cava
Glass: Flute
Garnish: Grated celery and lemon peel and a small sprig of rosemary

Gently muddle one of the rosemary sprigs with the salt and sugar. Add the Gin Mare, lemon juice and the celery juice and shake. Double strain into a flute glass and top with Cava. Garnish with a “nest” of grated celery and lemon peel grated resting a rosemary sprig on top.
