These dessert apples are known for their bright red appearance and a fresh juicy taste. What you may not expect are the distinctive strawberry aromatic notes. Music to the nose.

The Katy Mojito is perfect for summertime with the lightness of our single variety Katy pairing perfectly with mint, creating a refreshing drink for those warm summer nights. 

30ml White rum

20ml Freshly squeezed Lime juice

20ml Simple syrup

12 Mint leaves

Top with Thatchers Katy Cider

Clap Mint and add to glass. Add remaining ingredients. Add crushed ice, churn and top with Thatchers Katy.
