From the Tuscany wine region, Gaja Pieve Santa Restituta 2016 is rich, concentrated and structured with dark cherry, savoury herbs, earth florals and toasty oak spice flavours balanced with fresh acidity and elegant on the palate. Tannins are fine and polished. A very elegant and intense Brunello from the Gaja wine empire.

Tasting notes: Intense colour, expressive nose, with cherry notes, forest fruits, aromatic herbs and juniper aromas. In the palate expresses ripe tannins, integrated acidity, rich structure and a lingering finish.
